Group Yoga Classes

I offer vinyasa style yoga classes at multiple locations around Grand Rapids. Vinyasa yoga connects breath to movement. Students will flow through sun salutations, core work, balancing, and standing poses, with a large emphasis on breath. The intention of this class is to combine strength, balance, and surrender while decreasing stress, tension, and anxiety.

Vinyasa @ Kula - downtown GR

"Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that cultivates presence by connecting movement with breath. Classes include sun salutations, standing poses, preparation for arm balances, dynamic stretching, and pranayama (breath work). Slow flow @ Kula - downtown GR

"Slow Flow offers a chance to slow down and reconnect with oneself through intentional breath and mindful movement. Students will have more time to integrate to their mats, flow breath to movement, and will hold some asanas for a number of breaths." - Kula Yoga Grand Rapids
